Seed Pre Cleaner

Description:
A seed pre-cleaner uses a combination of winnowing with a fan to remove lighter particles (e.g. empty grains, dust, lighter impurities etc.) and sifting with sieves on an oscillating screen to remove particles that are smaller or larger in size (e.g. under size , over size ,straw etc.).
- The machine uses a rubber ball system to effectively clean the screens, preventing clogging and ensuring consistent performance.
- The machine is designed with a structurally stable build, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
- All sheet metal components are fabricated using CNC machines, ensuring high precision and durability
