Description:
Machine will equipped with two different layers of ss rollers which grades the product according to the smallest diameter. The grading window can be adjusted easily as per the grading requirements. The grading efficiency of the grader varies between 80-95 % that also depends on the shape of the products. For round shaped product the grading efficiency is more as the machine grades the product as per the smallest diameter.
Machine can grade vegetable via length wise, width wise, size wise and grading will be done according to the smallest diameter of the products. The grading efficiency depends on the speed of the machine. Higher grading accuracy can be achieved with low speed of the machine but at low speed the capacity decreases. Length – 4500 mm, width – 600 mm of rollers, Nos of grades – 5, Power – 3 hp 3 phase. VFD provided.
