Description:
The Inclined Flight Belt Conveyor is designed for conveying seeds and grains to the seed grader efficiently. It is equipped with a food-grade PVC belt fitted with flights (cleats) of 60 mm height across the full width of the belt to prevent material rollback during inclined conveying.
To avoid material spillage from the sides, removable side walls are provided along the entire length of the conveyor. The conveyor structure is fabricated from heavy-duty modular M.S. sheet panels, supported with rollers at regular intervals to ensure smooth and frictionless belt movement.
The belt operates at a low speed to ensure gentle handling of seeds and grains, preventing damage during transportation. For additional safety and cleanliness, the conveyor is covered on three sides. The system is supplied complete with starter switch and discharge mouth at the outlet end for easy operation and efficient material discharge.
