Description:
Supreme gold machine is mobile seed grader and it is movable with 4 wheels & turn able arrangement. Supreme gold is a fine cleaner and have much better cleaning efficiency than pre cleaner. It also have arrangement of 3 screen and gives 3 source grade output. mobile seed grader having capacity up to 2 TPH wheat basis. This machine also working with other crops like vegetable seeds, grains, paddy, oil seeds etc. And if you want to clean other crop than you just want to replace screen and start your cleaning work.
Working:
Step 1: Seeds are loaded into the grader, where they are sorted based on size, weight, and quality.
Step 2: Remove Impurities like dust, broken seeds, and debris by air aspiration and grading screens.
Final Last Step 3: The graded seeds are then separated into different categories for further processing or packaging.
- All sheet metal components are fabricated using CNC machines.
