Specifications of Grading Plant:-
1. Feeding Elevator:
Consists of PVC belt to elevate the products from the gunny bags to the desired height of the next machine. Helps in proper distribution of the crop onto the brusher/ roller inspection table. Large size hopper can be provided for more holding capacity.
2. Dry Brusher:
Used for cleaning/dry brushing purpose. Fitted with soft nylon rollers which helps to remove the soil particles from the crop to give it a fresh look. Scrapper system is fitted under the rollers for the continuous removal of the soil particles. Suitable for sandy soil produce.
3. Roller Inspection Table :
For manual inspection of the rotten, immature, defective products from the main product flow. PVC roller helps to rotate the product 360° on their axis to make it visible from all the surfaces. Customized length available as per customer’s requirement. Working platform and stairs can be provided for easy access to machine.
4. Screen Sizer :
Grading by vibrating perforated rubber screens for safe handling of the products and better grading accuracy. Perforation can be done in any shape (round, square, hexagon, oval) depending on the requirement.
5. Weighing And Bagging Machine :
PLC based machine which automatically weighs the products and fill into the bags continuously. Totally programmable. Load cell based weighing system operated by a series of PLC program. Works on both gunny bags and leno bags.
